Steps to Request Online Banking Account Deletion
Contact us to request that you would like to delete your Online Banking Account by any of the methods listed below:

Data Deletion from the Mobile App
When you request the deletion of you Online Banking Account, the following data will be deleted:
- Personal Information: All personally identifiable information such as your name, email address and phone number
- Transaction History: All records of your financial transactions within the JFFCU Mobile App
- App Usage Data: Any data related to your interactions and usage of the JFFCU Mobile App

ATTN MOBILE APP USERS: For full functionality with the newly redesigned JFFCU Mobile App, all smart devices - iPhone & Android - must be on the latest operating system (iOS / Android).
If your device cannot be upgraded to the latest operating system, you will not be able to use all services and may experience errors within the App.

Our Audio Banking offers both speech and touch-tone menu options. This enhanced system gives you access to all of your Accounts - giving you the convenience of accessing your Account at any time from a phone.

Monitoring your Account(s) for fraudulent transactions is one of the best things you can do to protect yourself. That's why we are proud to provide the downloadable MyCardRules™ app to our members.
Take full control of your cards with the MyCardRules™ App! Follow these steps to get started:
Search "MyCardRules" in the App Store or Google Play Store and install - you can also click one of the buttons below. After you have downloaded the app, select "New User" and then enter your card information to begin the registration and log in process.
Once your account is created, you can log in and access the "Card Details" screen... from this screen, you can:
- Turn your card on / off
- Get instant alerts on certain types of transactions, like when a transaction is declined
- Set transaction spending limits based on preferences, including dollar amount, transaction and merchant type
- Set a specific region where the card can be used or restrict usage based on your mobile device's location
Alerts will show just like any other notifications you get on your mobile device.
